Nedbank Menlyn Maine Falcon

Falcon was the first building to be completed at Menlyn Maine and was built for a South African Green bank, Nedbank. This 16,500m2 building has a 5 Star Green Rating from the GBCSA, making it one of only a few in South Africa. The building is situated on Aramist Avenue, being the first building to be completed in the Menlyn Maine Green Precinct.
