Nedbank Kingsmead Durban

This building accommodates approximately 2,200 staff occupants, organized into two phases. Phase 1 (62,031 m²) was developed first and opened in 2003, while Phase 2 (46,083 m²) was opened in 2011. This second phase required a new office fitout and interior design implementation, as well as the relocation of staff from various other leased buildings.
